We had a a 2 Day leadership Training and 3 Day Gender Training and a Gender policy review workshop with Development and Management Consulting which was held at Kamthiti Lodge in Chiradzulu District.
It was an insightful 5 days for our Board member and Management as we engaged on leadership issues such as types of leadership, Delegation, communication among other and how they have the power grow or Kill an organisation.
The team also engaged various topics on gender as part of the Gender policy Development process, the idea was to understand the Gender related terminologies, Gender frameworks, Analysis, Inclusion. These will form the Gender perspective of Angsoma Development Commission as an NGO seeking resilient and transformed communities of southern Malawi.
Many thanks to Tilitonse Foundation in partnership with Comic Relief and UK Aid for International Development for the Civil Society Strengthening fund (CSSF) Which has lifted the commission from an Idle position to an organisation full of potential to lead the development Agenda in Malawi.
